Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking to hire a Company Secretary with 4-6 years of experience in a listed company for their Bangalore office.
Role Overview
Independent ownership of stock exchange, unlisted public company, and shareholder compliances with zero non-compliance
Act as the primary point of contact for stock exchanges, RTAs, and investors
Lead SEBI LODR compliances , board and AGM filings, and track regulatory updates
Manage end-to-end annual reporting , including Annual Report and BRSR
Handle secretarial compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA for unlisted entities
Maintain statutory registers and coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
Oversee shareholder management – transmission, duplicate shares, dividends, IEPF filings/claims, investor grievances, and RTA liaison
Key Requirements
Qualified Company Secretary with 4–6 years' post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR, and Secretarial Standards
Excellent drafting and documentation skills
High ownership mindset with experience in listed/unlisted company compliances and shareholder & IEPF matters
