We are looking to hire a Catalog Operations Intern for a 3-month, limited-duration internship to
support the Catalog team.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Catalog
Operations Managers across multiple product categories, helping improve the quality,
completeness, and organization of catalog data.
This internship is designed to provide meaningful operational and analytical exposure in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Catalog Operations Intern, you will support day-to-day catalog initiatives including:
● Assist Catalog Ops Managers with cataloging tasks across different categories (e.g., listing
hygiene, attribute completion, content standardization).
● Work on data preparation, cleanup, and validation to improve catalog accuracy and
consistency.
● Use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to track catalog workflows, maintain reports, and
perform analysis (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, filters, basic formulas).
● Identify gaps in catalog data (missing attributes, incorrect mappings, inconsistencies) and
help resolve them through structured processes.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders as required to execute category-level catalog
initiatives.
● Contribute to documentation and process checklists to improve repeatability and quality.
Who should apply

● A current college student (preferred) or recent graduate who can commit to a 3-month
internship.
● Comfortable working with data and operational workflows.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple small tasks in parallel.
Required Skills
● Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (filters, sorting, conditional formatting,
basic formulas; pivot tables and lookups preferred).
● High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, quality-focused tasks.
● Clear communication and willingness to ask questions when needed.
