About the Role:
NHIS Hennur is looking for a meticulous School Administrator to ensure our campus runs like clockwork. You will be the backbone of the branch, managing the daily logistics, facilities, and administrative staff to create a safe and efficient learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
Overseeing campus maintenance, security, and housekeeping standards.
Vendor Management:
Handling procurement of school supplies and managing external service providers.
Compliance:
Ensuring the school adheres to local education department regulations and safety protocols.
Logistics:
Managing school transport routes, cafeteria operations, and event logistics.
Budgeting:
Monitoring branch administrative expenses and petty cash.
Qualifications:
Experience:
4 to 8 years in administrative management (preferably in a school or corporate facility).
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, vendor negotiation, and basic financial literacy.
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure.
