We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end executive and administrative support to a Founder / Director of a fast-growing, global consulting organization.
Location:
Bangalore (Remote / Hybrid)
Role Highlights
✔ Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and inbox (Outlook & Gmail)
✔ Act as the primary point of contact on behalf of the Founder
✔ Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track action items
✔ Assist with presentations, reports, research, and coordination
✔ Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
✔ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
✔ Support across diverse projects and industries
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-up ability
Comfortable handling international clients and communications
High attention to detail, reliability, and ownership mindset
