We are hiring for Tax Specialist
jd;
Mandatory background in accounting or tax (employment tax preferred but not mandatory).
Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Capability to multitask effectively and deliver consistent, high‑quality output.
High proficiency in Excel; expected to spend a significant portion of time on data manipulation.
Ability to adapt quickly after training and work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated initiative and ownership, especially given limited managerial bandwidth.
Comfort working in a global team setup across regions and time zones.
Prior experience in environments such as Big 4 / accounting firms / tax / payroll functions is highly valued.
CPA is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience can outweigh certification.
