Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive Accounts Payable with a strong background in Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and income tax compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, Excel functions, and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle  end-to-end   Accounts Payable  processes including invoice verification, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate accounting entries  – journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance preparation.
Manage  GST  filings, input/output reconciliation, and compliance.
Handle  TDS  deductions, deposits, and quarterly TDS return filings across all applicable sections.
Assist with Income Tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain  vendor records , resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
Prepare and manage  MIS reports  and support audits.
Utilize advanced Excel functions like  VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables  for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Minimum  5+ years  of hands-on experience in  Accounts Payable  and Indian statutory compliance.
Proficient in  TDS  (with section-wise knowledge),  GST, and Income Tax laws.
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (with V look up, H look up, pivot table, count If, Sum If)
Working knowledge of accounting software like  Tally, Zoho, or similar.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Degree in  M.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounting) 6 Years ,  CA Inter, CA Finalist, CA Semi qualified,  Smart Personality preferred Indian Accountancy with  5+ years  of experience.
