Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Other key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and collaborating with relevant departments for accurate financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
Proficiency in Accounting Software such as Tally, Quick Books, or ERP systems
Experience in Budgeting, Auditing, and Tax Filing
Ability to analyze financial data and create management reports
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
