Role Overview :
We are looking for Senior Record to Report (R2R) Analyst professionals to manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities. The role includes general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, statutory reporting, and audit support. The candidate will work closely with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and Audit teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Drive transitions, automation, and transformation initiatives
Role Levels & Experience Expectations
Journal entries, reconciliations, close support
Basic audit and compliance knowledge
GL accounting and reporting support
Independent handling of entity close
Variance analysis and audit coordination
Key Responsibilities
General Ledger & Accounting
Maintain general ledger (GL) accounts and ensure accurate postings
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications)
Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
Review trial balances and resolve discrepancies
Period Close & Reporting
Execute monthend, quarter end, and yearend close activities
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Analyze variances vs budget/forecast
Ensure close activities are completed within SLAs
Statutory, Audit & Compliance
Support internal, external, and statutory audits
Ensure compliance with SOX/ICFR controls and company policies
Assist in statutory reporting and regulatory filings
Ensure accounting aligns with Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP
Intercompany & Consolidation
Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Support entity consolidation and elimination entries
Coordinate with global counterparts on intercompany settlements
Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting
Manage fixed asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and retirements
Support lease accounting (Ind AS 116 / ASC 842) where applicable
Reporting, Controls & Process Improvement
Prepare R2R MIS and dashboards
Monitor KPIs such as close timelines, reconciliation quality, and audit findings
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiative
