We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced  Accountant  with strong proficiency in  SAP (preferably SAP HANA or SAP FICO)  to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leveraging SAP systems for financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle  day-to-day accounting operations , including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
Manage  accounts payable and receivable , invoice processing, and vendor/customer account maintenance.
Perform  monthly, quarterly, and annual closings  in SAP.
Prepare and maintain  financial reports  in compliance with statutory and organizational standards.
Monitor  GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances  and coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Generate reports using  SAP FICO  modules and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budget tracking, cost control, and financial planning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date  fixed asset records  and depreciation accounting.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree  in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter, M.Com is a plus).
2–4 years  of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with  SAP (SAP FICO / SAP HANA preferred) .
Strong knowledge of  Indian accounting standards and tax regulations .
Proficient in  MS Excel  and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience in  ERP implementation or migration projects .
Familiarity with  MIS reporting, costing, and budgeting tools .
Exposure to  automation tools  like Power BI, RPA, or similar (a plus).
