Acountant

Description   We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities    Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Assist with audits and tax preparations
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
