Finance Controller / Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Staff or Senior Accountant
- Client Accounting to  work hands on the activities as per SLA covering accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, supporting Month end close activities and providing essential financial reporting, auditing Etc. for a  rapidly growing client in the field of School Educations in USA.  This role also requires working with Accounting Manager and Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

(5-6 schools accounting)
Processing of AP, AR and Bank transactions on daily basis.
Assist in operational activities.
Work on various reconciliation and ad Hoch reports Credit and debit card accounting.
Assist in Month end close activities which includes-Bank reconciliation, Prepaid expenses, Fixed assets, accruals etc.,
Assist in Audit closure for the schools
The ideal candidate will be also responsible for all the activities as per SLA covering accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, lead the Month end close activities and providing essential financial reporting Etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, added advantage not compulsory).
3-6 years of progressive experience.
Preferred experience in book keeping and accounting of educational institutional (Schools) clients in USA and having good understanding.
Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books Online, Xero, Net Suite,  Blackbaud preferably  or similar other accounting software. Working knowledge about various prepaid and credit card applications like Travel Card, Ramp, Divvy etc., preferred.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, particularly in client-facing situations.

Working experience with educational institution clients in the USA is preferred Preferably looking for joiners 30 days' notice period
