About the Role
We are hiring an experienced US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage accounting, audit, tax, and compliance functions for our US clients, primarily based in Texas. The role requires strong US GAAP expertise, Texas state tax knowledge, and the ability to independently handle complex financial and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review full-cycle US GAAP accounting: GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, cash flow, and consolidations.
Prepare & review US federal tax returns: 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, K-1s, 1099, W-2, W-3, 941, 940.
Handle Texas-specific filings:
Texas Franchise Tax, Margin Tax, Sales & Use   Tax, Comptroller compliance.
Lead audit preparation, PBC lists, work papers, and external audit coordination.
Maintain internal controls, process documentation, and SOX-aligned compliance.
Identify process gaps, improve workflows, and strengthen accounting accuracy.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, federal taxation, and Texas state regulations.

Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and variance analysis.
Excellent communication skills suitable for US client-facing work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High ownership mindset with strong deadline discipline.

Qualifications
Active CPA (US) – Mandatory
Bachelor's/master's in accounting, Finance, or related field
7–8 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years handling Texas clients
Experience in CA firms, US CPA firms, or accounting BPOs preferred
