Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager in the Accounting Advisory team, you will support and wok on client engagements by delivering high-quality accounting and financial reporting advisory services under Ind AS, IFRS, and GAAP conversion. You will work closely with Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Advisory Support

- Assist in providing accounting advisory services on complex technical accounting matters under Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP
- Support engagements involving:
- GAAP conversions and accounting framework transitions
- Revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and share-based payments
- Financial reporting, disclosures, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and review technical accounting memos, whitepapers, and accounting position documents
- Support Managers/Senior Managers in managing client relationships and engagement execution
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in line with engagement plans
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory developments

Qualifications & Experience

- CA qualified
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting advisory
- Prior experience in Big 4 or leading consulting firms preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment
