A global consulting firm is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our growing Accounting Advisory team. As part of the team, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality accounting advisory services and play a key role in managing client relationships, leading engagements, mentoring team members, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical accounting advice on complex accounting issues and new standards implementation.
- Assist clients with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements.
- Review and analyze client financial information and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead client engagements, manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development.
- Stay current with accounting standards, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering technical growth and leadership development.
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors on practice management initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- CA qualification with a strong understanding of Indian GAAP and Ind AS; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
- 4–15+ years of relevant experience (depending on the level applied for).
- Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting advisory, or audit in a professional services or financial services environment.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
