Your Role– Key Responsibilities
- Teach Group Reformer, Mat, and/or Private classes with precise cueing and safe, supportive guidance
- Provide posture corrections and ensure member safety, comfort, and satisfaction
- Explain the benefits of Pilates, convert trial sessions into memberships, and support monthly studio sales targets
- Welcome and assist members before and after class, building warm and trusting relationships
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment safety, and support simple admin tasks (attendance, schedule updates)
- Complete basic class reports and ensure the reservation system runs smoothly
- Attend monthly training, perform self-practice, and maintain Japanese-standard teaching quality
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sports, Health, or related fields)
- Based in Bandung (or willing to be placed in Bandung)
- Strong interest in movement, fitness, health, or Pilates
- Willing to work full-time with shift schedules, including weekends
