- Responsible for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers, and developing, managing, and maintaining long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts, such as contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of services delivered by the company.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential needs, interests, or issues, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Review customer activity reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets set by the company.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on new products or services that may be relevant to their business needs.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial business agreements.
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience as an Account Manager or in B2B Sales.
- Strong network and proven experience in prospecting, acquiring, and managing customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of business acumen and customer focus.
- Willing to be placed at Bandung, Cirebon or other West Java Area.
