Whatyour day‑to‑day looks like
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for top and local property agencies/agents in Bandung, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
- You will identify and research potential clients, prepare high quality sales proposals/presentations, and pitch.
- You will identify the client’s needs and exercise the right solution to help property clients reach more prospects.
- You will maintain deep knowledge of traffic and marketing solution products, services, and market trends, especially within the property industry.
- You will implement strategies to expand our market presence and maintain high quality deliverables.
- You will build connections with property offices or related clients on a daily basis.
- A fresh graduate or someone with 1 year of working experience, with a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, are welcome to apply.
- A good command of verbal and written English.
- Experience in direct selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way.
- Entrepreneurship experience and a proven track record in meeting own targets and deadlines.
- Excels in a fast‑paced environment, able to work under pressure and with monthly targets.
- You have a vehicle for your own use (motorcycle or car).
- A self‑starter: you don't hesitate to work as an individual contributor.
- A problem solver: you are able to identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through to execution.
- A commercial mind: someone who loves providing customer service whilst always on the lookout for opportunities to upsell our products or services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills: you know the sales game by heart and love to play it every day, understand what makes a customer tick, and can always get a deal that makes all parties happy.
- A client success mindset: demonstrates outstanding account management skills and an understanding of the needs of clients.
- A good team player: willingness to travel and be based around Indonesia.
The position reports to BD Manager. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
