Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in food & beverage industry
- Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent is a must.
- Experienced in handling more than 8 outlets
- Strong skills in Operations Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Experience in stock management within the retail F&B industry.
- Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.
- Placement :
Bandung/Jawa Barat
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly implemented, covering cleanliness and grooming standards, food presentation, and food quality.
- Ensure that all products served in the store meet the company’s quality standards and are ready for sale.
- Ensure that ordering of goods and raw materials is aligned with store stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
- Manage the operational budget and ensure the store operates efficiently, without compromising service quality or product standards.
- Conduct sales forecasting for the following week in collaboration with the Supervisor.
- Develop action plans for underperforming stores and create improvement and development strategies for stores that achieve or exceed targets.
- Prepare and submit periodic store visit reports to the Operational Manager.
