Junior Trainer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human resources, or any relevant field.
• Min. one year experience in training.
• Ability to manage full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
• Proficient with Ms Office.
• Preferred have good english proficient in speaking and writing.
• Capable of working collaboratively with others in a team-orientated environment.
• Willing to be placed in one of the working locations in the Branch of Lampung.

• Responsible for all training execution (training for MC, JL, MJ).
• Manage day by day training in each region.
• Conduct training as schedule.
• Manage MJ in terms of training execution.
• Responsible for Training Center (operation, tools, etc.)
• Collect feedback from a training participant.
• Do introduction and campaign on Oustlab for MC, JL, MJ.
