Job Role: Multi-Site Security Officer

Working Hours:Zero hours

Location:Various sites as required, must be willingto travel up to 60 miles for sites in Upper Heyford, Daventry, and Ryton-on Dunsmore

Reporting to:Operations Manager/Regional Supervisors

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Security Officer to join our established security teamas a Multi-Site Officer covering a number of assignments within

Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. You willbe required to provide a high level of customer service to visitors to the site, complete patrols andremain vigilant at all times.

The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum. You will need to be flexible and ready to cover different sites as required,demonstrating the initiative to adapt to each site’s individual needs. A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

• Protecting the client’s property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) andsite-specific procedures
• Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures
• Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Maintaining organisation's stability and reputation by complying withlegal requirements
• Contributing toteam effort by accomplishing related results asneeded
• Acting as afirst line support to customers and visitors to site,providing a professional and friendly service
• Understanding the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action
• Maintaining professional conduct at all times

• Full5-year employment or education checkable history
• Validfrontline SIA licence DS or SG
• Valid UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
• Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in acorrect manner
• Flexible tomeet the job requirements
• Smart appearance and be well-groomed
• Reliable and punctual
• High levelof enthusiasm and passion
• Ability towork in a fast-moving environment
