Our client is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful and growing development in Herefordshire
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who understands the new homes market and can confidently guide customers through the buying journey from first enquiry to completion.

• Selling new build homes off-plan and on-site
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Managing enquiries, viewings, and reservations
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth completions
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Proven experience in New Homes sales (essential)
• A strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Highly organised and able to hit the ground running
• Target-driven with a professional, personable approach

• Competitive £30,000 basic salary
• OTE up to £65,000
