Job Description & How to Apply Below
Join the Caffeine & Machine Team as our Marketing and Events Manager Why Caffeine & Machine?
Our mission is to be a brand and destination for people who love things that move. From first cars to hyper-cars, spotless classics to super-bikes, trucks, bicycles or even helicopters – whatever someone drives, there is a place for them at Caffeine & Machine.
Everything we do is powered by community, conversation, inclusion and adventure. We seek to break down barriers, encourage learning and discovery. Above all else we’re a company where you feel surrounded by friends – those that you know and ones you haven’t even met yet – a place that feels like you’re right at home.
What Can Caffeine & Machine Offer?- Up to £40,000 salary
- Discounts on food, drink, and our clothing line
- Free tickets to events
- Working directly with the founder
- Huge opportunity for learning and growth
- Leading the planning, production, and delivery of all Caffeine&Machine events — from concept to post-event reporting
- Managing the annual events calendar, ensuring a diverse and engaging mix of experiences that reflect our community and brand values.
- Supporting the rollout of campaigns, events, partnerships, and product launches, ensuring messaging is aligned and on-point.
- Point of contact with regard to inbound enquiries on events/club bookings etc
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate events with brand campaigns, content, and partnerships
- Handle supplier and partner relationships, including sourcing, contracting, and managing external vendors (including all commercial bookings/activity where operations is required)
- Oversee event logistics — budgets, permits, staffing, set-up, and health & safety
- Work closely with marketing and social teams to amplify events through digital storytelling and communications
- Ensure every event reflects the C&M ethos — inclusive, creative, beautifully executed, and rooted in genuine passion for people and machines
- Evaluate event success using feedback, metrics, and insights to inform continuous improvement
- Live within the existing three C&M sites. The role is fully remote but being able to get to sites easily makes a lot of sense.
- Have a lot of DRIVE - We are keen to hire someone who both takes direction well, and is able to just go and get it done
- Have an interest in cars, if not a current passion; the love will come, we promise!
- Have excellent communication skills across different channels, and with a multitude of stakeholders
- Be able to see the bigger picture, and how all the different parts of an event or marketing launch all come together
- Have experience of marketing and events with similar businesses, be it events, leisure, entertainment, or hospitality
