Junior Car Build Technician

Our skilled Technicians, Mechanics, Fabricators and Engineers work together every step of the way to design, build and run elite competition cars on the track and off-road across the globe.

We are looking for a Junior Car Build Technician to become part of a highly skilled and proficient team who have a shared passion in building some of the worlds finest race, rally, prototype and special project cars.

• Prepare GT, Off-Road, Project and Heritage vehicles to the highest standard to required timelines.
• Assemble Aston Martin GT4 powertrain to Prodrive standards.
• Support preparation, maintenance, and event operation of the heritage fleet, including support with international travel when required.
• Work to tight deadlines, including extended hours when necessary.
• Raise and resolve quality issues, reporting part defects and faults promptly.
• Report parts requirements and assist in management of line-side consumables.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in workshop areas at all times.

Our ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline (motor sport, automotive or engineering), with demonstrable examples of previous motor sport or automotive related experience. You will be a committed team player who possesses a practical, hands‑on aptitude for mechanical assembly and problem‑solving. Self‑motivated, driven and able to work independently, you will show a proactive approach and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

A full UK valid driving licence is essential, along with a willingness and ability to travel internationally at short notice, including providing support at events.
