• Experience in Customer Service or Customer Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail are essential in this role
• Experience with in the food industry is beneficial but not essential
