Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Process and manage customer orders accurately
Resolve issues and complaints with a customer‑focused approach

Support overall customer satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Customer Service or Customer Support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional telephone manner
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail are essential in this role

Experience with in the food industry is beneficial but not essential
