Join Pro Cook as a Sales Advisor – Share Your Passion for Kitchenware!

At Pro Cook, we believe that cooking is an art, and our customers deserve the best tools to create their culinary masterpieces. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisor to join our team and help us provide an exceptional shopping experience.

We currently have a part-time, permanent role available for 16 hours per week to be split into 4 x 4hr shifts across Monday to Friday.

As a Sales Advisor at Pro Cook, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping them find the ideal kitchen products while sharing your culinary passion. You will work closely with your teammates to create a fun and welcoming shopping atmosphere.

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection, offering personalized recommendations.
• Provide detailed knowledge of products and demonstrate features to enhance customer experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring the sales floor is tidy and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a great shopping experience for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for cooking and kitchen products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
