This is a commercial retail buying position inside a scaling, fast-moving leisure and retail brand with serious growth ambition.

This is a performance-led retail buying role - not a reactive ordering function.

• Commercially ambitious but not corporate
• Strong team collaboration
• Early finish Fridays (2:30pm)
• Support for CIPS / BI development

This is a business that values growth of revenue and of people

• 3–5+ years in a retail buying or category-focused role
• Experience working with fast-moving product lines
• A strong understanding of commercial KPIs
• Confidence analysing sales data and identifying winners/underperformers
• Experience negotiating with suppliers (MOQs, pricing, freight)

• Retail head office
• FMCG buying
• Toy / gift / seasonal categories
• Multi-site retail operations
