The Marketing team is responsible for promoting and strengthening Alternative Heat’s brand, reputation, services, and expertise to targeted markets and clients. Through strategic campaigns, digital presence, content creation, and event management, they build awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Collaborating closely with all business functions, the Marketing department ensures our company’s unique value proposition is effectively communicated to help drive engagement, recruitment through employer branding and market expansion.

The Snr. Marketing and Communications Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver and execute marketing strategies. This is a hands‑on, varied role covering content creation, campaign delivery and market research which enhances brand visibility, and strengthens the market position.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market presence, shaping how the business is positioned externally while also supporting employee engagement through internal communications and employer branding activity.
