The Document Control department ensures the efficient management, organisation, and distribution of all project-related documentation. This team maintains version control, tracks approvals, and ensures that the latest documents are readily accessible to all stakeholders across the project lifecycle. By upholding strict document management protocols, the department supports compliance, enhances collaboration, and helps maintain consistency and accuracy across all project communications.

Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the Data Analytics Team, supporting the preparation of accurate reporting and actionable insights. You will be joining a high-impact team experiencing significant growth and visibility across the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing data to support business development, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role is responsible for preparing and integrating data from multiple sources to produce accurate, insightful reporting and dashboards. It involves analysing data to identify trends and support decision-making, designing and maintaining Power BI visualisations, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and meet reporting needs. The role also includes leading training sessions, resolving reporting challenges, supporting ad hoc data requests, and contributing to continuous improvement and data governance standards.
