Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Up to £50k Banbridge Full-Time/Permanent A growing Chartered construction consultancy based in Banbridge is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Ireland and UK, you will support the delivery of both pre- and post-contract cost management services across sectors including residential, commercial, education and mixed-use developments.

The Role:

Assisting with cost planning, estimates and budgeting Preparing tender documentation and supporting procurement Tender analysis and contractor appointment Assisting with valuations, variations and final accounts Producing cost reports and attending project meetings Supporting value engineering and cost control throughout project stages Requirements:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar 25 years experience within a PQS / consultancy environment Good understanding of pre and post-contract services Strong communication and organisational skills Package:
