Quantity Surveyor Placement Student

The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Assist with cost control, monthly valuations, variations and change orders, and contribute to job costing reviews and final accounts.
• Support commercial project management by liaising with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams; prepare and process valuations and payments.
• Ensure documentation and correspondence are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with contract reviews, subcontractor engagement and negotiations, and preparation of subcontract documents.
• Provide commercial support and advice to Project Managers, Senior Quantity Surveyors, and senior management as required.
