Provided comprehensive administrative support to a busy purchasing department, processing and recording high volumes of documentation daily, including uploading purchase orders to project folders. Managed all paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries, including required customs declarations, and completed new supplier vendor forms. Maintained procurement systems in line with agreed procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high standards of work. Collected, analysed, and summarised data and trends to provide relevant information, while proactively following up on outstanding order confirmations, returns, and overdue orders, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
