On behalf of a leading international technical equipment provider, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their operations in Curtis Bay, MD.

This is a key role that involves close collaboration with the Customer Care team and the European headquarters to ensure seamless supply chain flow.

The successful candidate will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory—including international shipments—is handled with precision and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Inventory Management:
  Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock (including specialized shipments from Italy).
• Order Fulfillment:
  Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipping.
• Logistics Coordination:
  Prepare shipping documentation (UPS, Fed Ex, LTL) and coordinate with forwarding agents.
• Operational Support:
  Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification provided if needed).
• HQ Reporting:
  Maintain daily communication with the Italian headquarters regarding sales orders and shipping status.
• Safety & Organization:
  Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• Physical Ability:
  Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Computer literate (standard office software and shipping portals); ability to manage digital inventory records.
