H&S Bakery is a family-owned bakery based in Baltimore, specializing in a wide variety of breads, rolls, bagels, English muffins, and specialty baked goods. As the parent company of Northeast Foods, Schmidt Baking Company, Ottenberg, and H&S Distribution, H&S Bakery operates 10 baking facilities across seven states with distribution in 23 states. With a team of over 2,000 employees and a fleet of 400 delivery vans and 200 tractor-trailers, H&S Bakery serves customers including food service providers, restaurants, retail stores, and private label programs nationally.

Known for its variety of over 300 products, H&S Bakery takes pride in traditional baking methods and small-batch preparation.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baltimore. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include shipping and receiving goods, packing orders, unloading deliveries, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling products and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Packing processes
• Proficiency in Unloading and using equipment such as Forklifts and Pallet Jacks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized workspace
• Physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to safety guidelines and protocols
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus
• Must have a valid Driver's License to operate Box Trucks
