Material Handler

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $24.18 per hour

** Shift:
** Evenings 4:00PM to 12:00 am

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate hand and electric trucks, including forklifts, turret trucks, and order pickers, following safety guidelines and licensing requirements.

+ Recognize deviations from standard procedures and take appropriate corrective actions.

+ Accurately log inventory movements and maintain detailed records both manually and electronically.

+ Assist in receiving, packaging, and preparing goods for domestic shipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

+ Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives, including SAP system functions.

** What's Needed?*

** High school diploma or equivalent.*
* +  
** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment; 2+ years preferred.*
* + Ability to operate equipment safely and obtain forklift license within one month of hire.

+ Basic proficiency with PCs and Windows-based systems.

+ Physical ability to lift and move weights ranging from 5 to 60 pounds regularly.
