We are currently hiring for:
Warehouse Manager - Night Shift - Sunday‑Thursday 5:00pm‑2:30am

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of goods through the facility. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, implement best practices, and continuously optimize processes to meet operational goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management – Provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure a high‑performing and cohesive team.
  • Operational Planning – Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures for warehouse operations, including layout design, workflow optimization, and resource allocation, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Inventory Management – Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, cycle counting, and stock replenishment, to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment – Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and condition of incoming and outgoing inventory, complying with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Health and Safety Compliance – Ensure safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff, conducting regular safety audits and promoting awareness of safety procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, such as productivity, accuracy, on‑time delivery, and inventory turnover, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
  • Customer Service – Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of warehouse staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Refrigeration Cold storage environment. Warehouse bays are kept at a constant 32 degrees (and below zero in certain areas). Ability to withstand cold storage temps for extended periods of time.
  • Refrigerated distribution experience is a plus!
  • Canopy experience is a plus!
  • Candidate must successfully pass post‑offer/pre‑employment drug and background screen.
