Material Handler

Our client, a leading distribution center, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18.00 per hour

** Shift:
** 6:00 am to 2:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Safely load and unload products within the distribution center using material handling equipment.

+ Process customer orders accurately by scanning bar codes, picking, labeling, and packing items.

+ Build pallets by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders, ensuring proper packaging and verification.

+ Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper loading/unloading and documentation using WMS.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following SOPs and safety guidelines.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

+ Experience operating material handling equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts.

+ Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operate RF scanners.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions as required.
