Car Lot Coordinator | Vehicle Inventory & Logistics | $18/hr | Sweetie Boy Transportation

Sweetie Boy Transportation, established in 2010, is a full‑service automobile transportation and logistics company. We have an immediate opening for a Car Lot Coordinator to join our growing team at our Newburgh, NY hub location! If you have strong computer skills and want a clear path into logistics, you’ll be a great fit. Prior lot/warehouse/inventory experience helps you ramp faster, but isn’t required.

A Car Lot Coordinator plays a vital role in our vehicle logistics and fleet operations. You’ll help keep our lots running smoothly by managing vehicle inventory control, lot organization, and supporting inbound and outbound drivers.

• Conduct daily inventory scans on tablet/scanner; keep vehicles accurately tracked
• Check in/out vehicles from Auto Pilots, car haulers, and partner carriers
• Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing vehicles in our inventory system
• Stage vehicles for pickup/drop‑off; manage keys, paperwork, and driver handoffs
• Coordinate loading order/timing with dispatch; update the hub spreadsheet
• Walk the lot to spot safety issues; keep lanes clear and the hub tidy
• Verify VINs, note damage/cleanliness, and protect assets

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and walk large lots for several hours
• Comfortable bending/kneeling/stooping to inspect vehicles and verify VINs
• Strong attention to detail and computer/data‑entry skills
• Clear communicator; self‑motivated and team‑oriented
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test (includes marijuana)

• $18/hour with weekly pay and direct deposit

Schedule:

• Sunday hours: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday hours: 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
