Transdev in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day-to-day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Union & Compensation- Position subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Pay: $23.00 – $23.69 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale). Starting pay $23.00 with progression to $23.69 over 1 year.
- Vacation: up to 14 days per year
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly full-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of fleet vehicles – interior and exterior.
- Move vehicles in building and lot, and deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations.
- Maintain vehicle mileage records.
- Manage building supplies inventory.
- Clean and maintain building interior and exterior.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Employee generally spends long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
