Bus Driver / Operator

Location:

Baltimore, MD (Charm City Circulator)

Pay: $27.00 per hour plus available overtime.

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Enforce company policies: seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical exam.

• Work outside in varying temperatures, weather and humidity (100% outdoors, often remote).
• Sit for up to 6–8 hours per day; walk long distances; work on uneven surfaces.
• Push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Endure heavy traffic, dust, fumes and noise.
