• Account: Family Dollar Dedicated

• Location: Must live within the hiring area of Front Royal, VA (extra home time possible for local drivers)

• Freight Type: 100% touch freight – drivers unload using rollers, box by box

• Mileage: 1,500 miles per week on average

• Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays included; must complete at least 3 loads per week

• Delivery Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, MD, and WV (all within 700 miles of Front Royal DC)

• Home Time: Weekly 34‑hour reset (additional home time possible if living in Front Royal area)

• Training: Orientation includes 2 shadow runs ($150/day) followed by 1 week ride‑along with a current driver ($150/day) before being assigned a tractor

• Cannot hire drivers who have run this account and left JB Hunt (approval needed from Shania Williams) or USA Truck (DB Schenker) within the last 6 months unless employed elsewhere since

• Must have valid CDL A with doubles endorsement

• Experience with
  hard backing required

• Weekly Pay: $1,725 average for 1,500 miles and 3 unloads

• Top Earners: Up to $2,200 weekly

• Unload Pay: $250 per trailer

• Incentive Pay: $125 weekly for completing 3 unloads

• Backhaul Pay: $35

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days) – must be active and seated at payout

• Weekly 34‑hour resets (extra home time for local Front Royal drivers)

• Reliable account with consistent work and pay

• Paid Vacation:

  • 1 week after 1 year
