Sisters Academy of Baltimore is seeking a Girls Middle School Head Track & Field coach for the 2026 spring season. Qualified candidates should have adequate coaching or participation experience in track & field.
Responsibilities and expectations of Head Coach- Planning & leading 3-4 practices per week for all runners and field athletes
- School facility does not have a track
- Leading team during meets
- Promotes growth and good sportsmanship for all athletes
- Communicate practice plans with Athletic Director and assistant coaches
- Work directly with Athletic Director to communicate with families
- Complete trainings:
- Archdiocese of Baltimore VIRTUS training
- Sudden Cardiac arrest training
- Concussion training
- Preferred CPR & First Aid certified
- Season time frame 3/2/26-6/10/26
- Practices could be Monday-Thursday 4-4:50 pm on campus, rain or shine
- 4-7 meets, typically Saturday mornings-mid afternoon
