Overview
Rock Climbing Instructor (Ages 7-12). We re hiring motivated Rock Climbing Instructors to guide kids through climbing challenges while ensuring safety, skill-building, and fun.
Key Responsibilities- Follow Copper mine instruction and safety standards
- Foster a supportive, encouraging climbing environment
- Greet and introduce new climbers and families to the class
- Maintain a clean, organized climbing area
- Notify the Coordinator of any equipment or behavior issues
- Show up early, start classes on time, and lead with confidence
- Attend all required training sessions
