Agile Developer IV

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Agile Developer IV to join our team!

• Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies
• The Microservices Developer will be responsible for:
  • Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies
  • Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
  • Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
  • Implementing CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and Git Ops
  • Agile development and delivery of software
• Communication and collaboration:
  Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.

• 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree, or 10 years of relevant experience with a master's degree

• Experience working with AWS tool suite such as OSS, Dynamo
  
  DB, Lambdas, and Cloud Watch
• 3 of the following:
  • Java, Spring boot or python
  • Microservice architectures
  • CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & Git Ops;
    Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
  • Database :
    No
    
    SQL / Mongo
    
    DB / Dynamo
    
    DB Query and Schema Design
  • OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience
  • Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber
