As a core member of our Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQ) team, you will support, maintain, and enhance our critical recordkeeping and client-facing applications that support our important customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure and ensure servers are running as expected and optimized for cost and performance.

• Support, maintain, and enhance core recordkeeping and client-facing applications used by customers and internal partners.
• Support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure; ensure servers run as expected and are optimized for cost and performance.
• Collaborate with IT team and business partners to fix issues, upgrade system components, enhance functionality, and improve system performance using various tools, methods, and frameworks.
• Participate in a fast-paced environment with a "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic.
• Engage in problem solving independently and with the IT team to deliver high-quality solutions.

• 5+ years developing solutions involving technologies including C#, , Web API, MVC, Oracle or other SQL, .NET Core, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  Web API (JSON/XML), RESTful architectures, AWS API Gateway, Python and Lambda.
• Good experience with Windows and IIS configurations and setup, and remediation of server and application vulnerabilities.
• Experience with jQuery and Angular or React JS framework is a plus.
• Experience with modern deployment models using Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops or other CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with source code version control such as Git Hub, Git Lab, Bitbucket or Azure Dev Ops.
• 2+ years of strong SQL knowledge on Oracle or other databases, including writing stored procedures.
• Experience on the AWS platform and services and other cloud products is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Information Systems, Mathematics, Software Engineering).

• Familiar with Dev Ops principles and practices.
• Comfortable with Linux, UNIX, or Windows-based OS.
• 5+ years of experience within a financial or other highly regulated industry.
• Preferred work experience using JIRA in Agile or related development methodologies.
• Delivers internal and external customer service excellence; demonstrates listening, patience, empathy, authenticity, pro-activity, and perseverance with business partners.
• Upholds commitment to delivering optimal solutions in a timely manner, balancing customer needs with organizational interests.

• Collaborates with Analysts, Testers, Business stakeholders, and third-party integrators to review, evaluate, design, and implement solutions.

• Key team members are spread across the United States, so hours may extend to 9:30 PM IST or beyond from day to day.
• Occasionally, support may be required outside the normal M-F schedule.
