Summary Job Summary

• The Child and Family Advocacy Program Supervisor’s primary focus is to provide programmatic supervision daily operations of the Child and Family Advocacy Program and support programmatic staff with reducing trauma for the child and non-offending caregiver that visit the center and to improve outcomes.
• The Child and Family Advocacy Program Supervisor assists with protocol development, provides orientation, support, resource linkage and information for families experiencing investigations of child sexual abuse, sexual assault as well as other crimes and exposure to violence.
• The Child and Family Advocacy Program Supervisor also provides the creative development and management of the Child Advocacy portion of the program, which is designed for the support and nurturance of youth and families visiting Center for Hope.
• This position reports to the Child Advocacy Center Manager.

• Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
• Social Work, Criminal Justice, Professional Counseling, Psychology, Victim Services or similar field
• Victim services training and experience preferred
• Understanding of trauma and its impact on children and families
• Understanding of cultural humility and anti-racism framework
• Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful
