Benesch’s partner is seeking on‑call Transit Ambassadors in the Baltimore area to support the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA). The role is temporary, with no benefits, and is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income when work is available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting MTA customers with disabilities to ensure equal use of transit facilities.
• Directing customers into and out of stations, onto vehicles, and in using fare‑vending machines.
• Inspecting transit station facilities and taking action to preserve cleanliness and safety.
• Providing customer‑service support for bus bridges/shuttles during construction of transit tracks or stations, and during road construction causing bus detours.
• Training and using the Transit App to provide support during special events.

Hourly rate: $17.53/hr

• 18 years old or older, with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must own a working cell phone with WiFi/data capability.
• Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours; maximum 8–12 hours based on ability.
• Competent with mobile apps and willing to learn the Transit App.
• Good customer‑service skills—ready to interact with the public and provide a positive experience as the face of the company.
