Overview

We are seeking compassionate 1:1 Support Staff to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care. Your role will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment.

• Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  1-2 years working with youth or behavioral health

• Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis.
• Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement.
• Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching.
• Maintain daily reports and service documentation.
• Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines.

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma/GED + 2 years experience OR Associate’s degree + 1 year experience in human services.
• Certified or willing to complete training in Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR.
• Background check required.
