Activity Coordinator – Part Time

Stella Maris partners with the Jesuits and staffs the Colombiere Jesuit Retirement Facility on Roland Ave. This part‑time role coordinates local trips and activities for the fathers and brothers of the Jesuit Order, working alongside dedicated clinicians to meet their educational, social, and physical needs.

Qualified candidates will coordinate local trips and on‑site activities for the Jesuit Community, including museum visits, meals, celebrations, seminars, and other enriching events. They will also organize activities recommended by the community.

• Establish a committee to gather feedback from community members about desired activities.
• Ensure a variety of educational, social, and physical activities that meet community needs.
• Create and maintain a calendar of events, shared with the community, and evaluate activity value through surveys/interviews.
• Work three days a week, including one weekend day per month, to facilitate and organize activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR certification
• 1–3 years of experience in activity coordination or related field (minimum 1 year)
