Perform plumbing jobs such as the adjustment and repair of pipes and plumbing fixtures, valves, floats, drains, grease traps, sump pumps, and watering systems;
Conduct maintenance and minor repairs on air-conditioning units, freezers, refrigerators, hot water heaters, HVAC units, heat pumps, fan coil units, induction units, terminal reheat, and similar equipment;
Unclog drain lines and sewers;
Make minor adjustments to building controls as needed;
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repair on HVAC units
